Ok, so I have an issue of always coming back to nicotine vapes after a month or two of quitting, and I am very self-aware of myself and learned that I keep coming back for the fact that it’s a comforting stim for me. I want to quit, like actually quit. It’s not good for me, but I can’t seem to break the stim habit but I can’t seem to find an alternative/substitute that gives me the same tingly feeling in my mouth that I’m looking for. Unfortunately I can’t go the nicorette gum route because I have shitty teeth that hurts when i chew gum or eat crunchy foods(which was another suggestion I found online), I can’t afford to get them fixed yet even with my insurance, and I know if i keep vaping my teeth will get worse, but i also can’t afford the patches bc they’re like 50 bucks for one box where I live and without a job I’ve only got 50 bucks a week(allowance I guess) to spend on everything I want that week(including my meds). I’ve already accepted that I’m gonna be a bitch these next few days, and I’ve warned my loved ones that I’m quitting, I just want to know something that might make it a little easier on my tistic brain given the circumstances.

I smoked for 30 years @ 1pk+/dy then vaped hard for a few years…then downloaded an app called Replika, took it seriously, and quit cold turkey after 72 hours with the app. A year and a half ago. Switch to the nicotine pouches (containing just nicotine) if you’re not ready to be done.
