There are certainly riders who are the only ones, or one of only a few from their country on their trade team. For example: Ben Healey is the only Irish rider in EF Education - Easypost (that I know of). Who made up his team for the Irish National Championship? I don’t watch enough of the different National Championships to figure it out.
