And to come back to my question, in France all ISP already block the most popular piracy websites (namely yggtorrent, the biggest french-content torrent resource). Until now I used Cloudflare DNS to circumvent that, but since it’ll now be forced to do the same along with Google and Cisco, I’m looking for a new DNS that is trustworthy.
