I’m curious only because at my recent job it has been utter shit show. I get hassled and written up for shit I wasn’t trained on. I’ve given multiple ideas on how to save money and fix things. The demand for what my work sells is low the CEO even admitted it. Any time I bring up a concern or how I’m feeling about work Ill get shut down and told “Remember its a great day to have a good day”. Makes my skin crawl and makes me wanna slam my face into a wall.
