I am 18m male. I have been suffering from insomnia since I was 14y. I have been going over 2 years to gym, progress has been slow because I have dieted much and was not smart with those diets, at first year I wasnt eating enough protein and this year I have been on calorie surplus and eaten enough protein and has seen slight increase in progress, but others who have started gym year ago have made more gains than I have ever. I am everyday trying to get sleep more but I cant? What to do? I have sleep meds, I eat enough vitamins and take magnesium etc and go to gym 3x a week, every muscle group is trained 2x a week. Is it even possible to build muscle when I have insomnia?
