I went to my local craft store today. I was only going to run in for a little bit. But then I saw a black sedan parked over the line in one of the spots. I proceeded to do what I call “spite parking” which is where I park my car technically in my own spot, not over any lines, but to the point where the owner of the other car may have to climb through their passenger side OR squeeze into the drivers side. I drive a beat up 2004 so I’m not worried about door dings. Today I did my normal parking. Then I was in the store for about 10 mins when they paged over the intercom for “the owner of (my car) to come to the front of the store”. I’m too terrified to go up there and the owner of the other car is watching the front door like a hawk for someone to walk out (aka me). AITA?

Edit: ok I will admit after reading the comments that yes, I’m at least half an asshole. But I feel like the driver of the other car could have at least tried to fix their shit park job a little bit so I’m thinking they’re also an a-hole
