Ages ago, when you took cover as a Gunslinger or Sniper you’d be greeted with a different hotbar where you could place skills that can only be used while in that state. Nowadays that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore and adds up a lot more clutter to what is already a pretty significant pool of abilities. Is there a way to enable this back?
