Its mind boggling. How do people handle the conflict over the little things?

I am almost a 30 year old man and yet it affects me.

Have to face my parents disapproving looks, noises and comments whenever i want to hang out of the house, eat something from outside or eat something inside that is outside of vegeterian indian trad food or growing out my hair, if i am little late…its insanity.

Never getting appreciated is okay, but you also get shat on for everything and you do 99 right things and 1 wrong thing and the criticism on that one thing…it hurts.

Its always: you don’t sleep on time, you don’t eat on time, you don’t work hard enough, you spend too much time on the phone…

Its like you fight the world and then you come home and have to fight in the home for little things as well. Jesus…

Its insane how the hell are people able to live with parents as an adult, let alone after marriage…

So, adults here 28-30+] living with parents…how do you handle conflict with parents over different things?
