About a week ago my (22f) boyfriend (24m) asked me to move in with him, and I said yes. He asked me if I had anything I wanted to change or add to make myself feel more at home. My only request before moving in was that he buys a new bed. He’s let multiple of his friends have sex with women on his bed, not to mention the countless number of women he’s had on there before me.

Even when I just spent the night I felt weird, so the thought of sleeping on there every night just makes me feel uncomfortable and icky. He said he wasn’t buying a new bed and it would be no different than sleeping in a hotel bed. So I told him I wasn’t moving in until he buys a new bed and he said I was being “childish” “unreasonable” and I was “nitpicking”.

I do think my feelings are valid but maybe he’s right and I am being a little unreasonable and nitpicking. AITA?
