I work in engineering leadership, around hour 6 during the day I feel pretty burnt out. Sometimes I need a long break, a nap, some exercise or I’ll make up the remaining hours on the weekend. I don’t love extending my work into the evening or weekends though as I feel it leads to longer term burnout. Any suggestions?
