Hey everyone, hope I’m doing this right since I’m a first time poster. With all the talk of “UCT’s” as NORAD refers to them, I figured I’d do some googling on the topic. Didn’t find much of interest yet but I did find a research paper stating that NORAD already back before 1983 (paper release year), allegedly, potentially were able to detect objects in orbit (<10k km) as small as 10 centimeters in diameter. I feel like this report strengthens the position, given that UFO’s are detectable by NORAD means at all, they should have data on pretty much everything covering the US.
