The NHI/UAP topic is fundamentally a topic of intelligence classification, and congress has the power to effectively force Disclosure. The constitution does gives the executive branch a lot of power to not Disclose, but the constitution can be amended if it comes down to it.

But in order to get there, we first have to let our reps know that we care about the issue. The risk/reward profile is too imense to ignore.

And even if you’re a skeptic, we can all agree that we should pass a law/amendment that mandates Disclosure If or when the government ever becomes aware of NHI.
