My car was getting repaired at CSN Herbers South location.

I was scheduled for pickup at 5:30pm. I changed 2 buses to get there since my car was getting repaired and I realized I was there at 5:32pm when I got there. I wont take the guy’s name, he and all the staff was walking out and this guy, who I think is the manager rudely tells me that he has set the alarm now, “can’t help.” Come back again tomorrow and just walks away.

He said that with such bad attitude. Then I thought, he might be having a bad day.

Then I see this old man with his daughter and they both looked visibly upset, they tell me they were 1 minute late! Then I realized it was not just me!!

Zero professionalism. That’s what got me really upset. What’s with the attitude guys? Rest of us have jobs too. Unbelievable.

Tip- if you are so punctual about time, next time schedule people for pick up a little early. Don’t tell me to pick up my car at 5:30pm and tell me at 5:32pm that you cannot help me.

Edit: at* 5:30pm. I see a lot of people quoting my other comment. That was a typo guys, not by 5:30pm, at* 5:30pm.

Edit: Thanks guys. I am no monster and honestly I would have let it slide, it’s only when I saw more people being affected than just me- I felt I should warn others about this. Have a good evening.

Edit: Please go through some of the comments guys. They have been wayyy worse to a lot of people.
