When the Titan officially dies in watching in dreaming as he gives his power to Luz, he turns really big, but still not insanely big. He is still small enough that maybe, the reason he has a missing eye when speaking to Luz, is because he used it on the portal. The size would fit if the Titan was normally the size he was when he died. I also think the Bat Queen could’ve been the titans Palisman. With that size, the Bat Queen could easily be a palisman for him.
