Context: my toddler is going to have Chemo and his hospital is a long plane ride away, I would like to be with him and my wife until he is healthy enough to come back home (6-8 months)

We have a dog and some cats that need both feeding and human company and some automatic garden sprinklers that need regular maintenance.

Total off grid in RV with running water, flushing toilet, washer/dryer, dishwasher and high speed Internet.

I can’t really pay much to a house sitter, but offer free rent and free utilities for someone who wants to be close to nature and who can work from home for an extended period of time

They can even bring their own RV/Tiny home and pets.

Afraid of getting squatters. (California)

Update: clarified that it is garden sprinklers and not agriculture
