I am looking to get a second hand PC to convert into a DIY NAS.

I am concerned about power draw as electricity prices in my area have been going up a lot in recent times

I found a great deal on a HP Z440 workstation but I am unsure how to understand its power draw. I have heard old servers draw lots of power but unsure where this old but not too old workstation might lay.

My other option is to buy a more standard home PC.

How can I learn more about power usage before I buy something?

Sorry if I am being too general, I am not sure where to start

Thank you
