We are an open-source startup developing an operating system for running autonomous AI agents.

We have great community and some very frequent contributors. We want to reward these by financial inventive.

Could you please share your advice or experience with this? In particular

  1. How to determine the amount of financial reward

  2. What is the ideal logistics (e.g. what kind of “contract” with the contributor)

  3. What is the ideal approach (do it individually and privately, or communicate openly to community that there is this option?)
