I called emergency services yesterday and told them I was having suicidal thoughts. I didn’t know who else to call or what to do. The operator on the phone asked me to go physically to the emergency services at CHL Strassen, which I followed. After commuting for ~40 minutes and waiting another ~30 mins to be admitted, the nurse tells me that there are no psychiatrists or psychologists available, and that I’ll have to go to the hospital in Kirchberg to get the help I need.

Is this normal? I lost hope and eventually didn’t even go to Kirchberg.

PS: Everyone close to me has been directly contributing to my ill-being, so talking to them is not on my list.
