I’m helping my brother look for another job and so many job ads do not put the pay rate. It’s just a waste of time and a waste of time for those that apply. I immediately think the pay must be crap. He went to a job interview for one of the jobs we had applied too. They had not advertised the pay rate. He was asked what he wanted. He wanted to match what he was on at the bare minimum. He’s on $34 an hour. He said after he mentioned the rate the mood changed in the room and to date he has not heard back.

He operates Excavators and other machinery and is looking to work with much larger equipment.
