My dog was put down about 20 minutes ago, I stayed with her until the end. I held her even after she was gone. I pet and cuddled her all morning.

I am upset, I’m sad actually. But I can’t seem to express it. Not in my face, tone, or even behavior. I can’t give a single indication of my grief. I want to, I want to show how upset I am.
