(25m) How do people stay long term at jobs? I’ve been at my job for two and a half years and I’m so tired and burnt out of it. I’m tired of doing the same shit every week, and living paycheck to paycheck. I’m anxious and depressed all the time which gave me a chronic tension headache which makes things even worse. They want me to act like the lead of my department without giving me the actual title and more pay too. I’ve been searching for other jobs but there’s literally nothing good, nothing pays a living wage and I already know after a year of a new job I’m just gonna be burnt out again. I’m so tired of it I can’t even enjoy my weekends without worrying about work, and even when I sleep I dream about work!
