They gave me some feedback on what to improve and one of the things was my intonation since I speak in a monotone. The thing is I was interviewing as a disabled person, specifically an autistic person. I can agree with the hard skills part of the feedback but this specific part just made me really mad because it’s not like I can change how I’ve been speaking for 28 years and no one’s ever had any problems with it.

They also said I don’t elaborate on my responses but they asked questions that were very objective, I don’t know how I was supposed to elaborate more. I just hate job interviews, it’s hard to find a position I don’t hate and the ones I find and they call me for an interview I can’t mask enough for them.
