The average Kiwi thinks that reduced cream is only there for dip, but do you have any other uses for it?

One I used to have a lot as a kid when I went out sailing with Opa was reduced cream on fruit (Usually canned peaches) It’s a simple and tasty dessert or snack when you don’t have a fridge.
