Something I’ve found recently as I’ve become what’s classed as a “young adult” is that I dress a lot different than everyone else. In that I don’t particularly fit in an “alternative subculture” and that usually, my outfits are a mish-mash of things I’m fixated on. For example I recently got a cropped denim jacket, current major interest is dragon ball z, so I’ve bought a capsule Corp patch so my jacket looks like one from the show.

I dress “normal” for special occasions, formal events, ect. like I have a random assortment of clothes for events so I fit in. I was only recently diagnosed in the past few years and was just kind of wondering if anyone else experienced this.
