Had a meeting with my manager to let them know I’ve resigned. Gave my formal resignation letter and had a sit down with the department head.
My current employer is very secretive when it comes to resignations (has track record of high turn overs)
Am I at liberty to let my colleague’s know? I feel awkward giving them the perception that I’m still here for the long haul.
