I’m not arguing Geno is close to perfect, but I think this puts in perspective how much the team is putting on this man’s shoulders.

The Seahawks also have the 27th ranked rushing offense and a defense that until the Falcons game this past weekend had been horrific against any competent offense.

EDIT: For all you guys being pedantic I am NOT making an argument that the Seahawks have the best passing offense in the league. I’m fully conscious “#1” is a volume stat which doesn’t tell the entire story of effectiveness.

I am trying to illustrate how much the team relies on Geno Smith, not that he is a better QB than Patrick Mahomes, to all the Chiefs fans getting weirdly defensive below.
