It’s like these builders are ran by my 95 year old grandpa that thinks that it’s just fancy phone wire for voice service. I see multiple new homes with literally one (1) ethernet jack in the kitchen, yet the 6 bedrooms have a coax each. How many routers must we install on the kitchen counter before these dinosaur homebuilders realize that CAT5 is great for data too?
