Recently the Kraken app has removed monero from their trading, so i went to binance and they seem to have removed it as well. What’s going on?

And follow up question whats the best trading app for monero right now, where i can buy XMR for EUR? and of course withdraw to another wallet. Have been having an unbelievably hard time finding a safe and reliable exchange app now that i cant use kraken anymore. (My knowledge in this is obviously limited)
