I’m moving to the area next year. To get familiar with my new home, I’d like to quietly clean up outdoor spaces like parks, bus stops, and paths that don’t get regular attention. I understand the city officials handles public maintenance, but this is just a personal project to explore and connect with my surroundings.

So, when I do this will I get into any trouble? I’ll be on a work visa but don’t want to get in trouble and deported and banned. So just wanted to see legally how it all plays out.
