Been testing out how certain upgrades and damage boosts affect total damage done in zombies. This assumes hitting critical hits as certain damage buffs can only be triggered by crits (plus one should be going for the head anyway). I’m sure there’s hidden buffs and weapon categories I haven’t accounted for but I’ll try to update if I find anything. Might even make some sort of spreadsheet damage calculator if the demand for it is there.

Total damage dealt seems to work out the following way:

Damage Dealt = (Base Damage) x (Weapon Rarity) x (Pack A Punch Level) x (Deadshot Crit Damage) x (Ammo Mod Damage) x (Elemental Weakness Damage) x (Melee Macchiato Buff)

WEAPON RARITY (ALL WEAPONS)

Seems to be the same as the systems in Cold War

  • Green - 1.5x Damage Multiplier
  • Blue - 2x Damage Multiplier
  • Purple - 3x Damage Multiplier
  • Orange - 4x Damage Multiplier

PACK A PUNCH LEVEL (AR, SMG, LMG, MARKSMAN, SHOTGUN)

Haven’t tested all weapon categories yet but these seem to be true for all weapons listed above.

  • Pack Level 1 - 2x Damage Multiplier
  • Pack Level 2 - 4x Damage Multiplier
  • Pack Level 3 - 8x Damage Multiplier

PACK A PUNCH LEVEL (KNIFE)

  • Pack Level 1 - 5.11111x Damage Multiplier
  • Pack Level 2 - 10.22222x Damage Multiplier
  • Pack Level 3 - 20.44444x Damage Multiplier

PACK A PUNCH LEVEL (BAT)

  • Pack Level 1 - 7.6x Damage Multiplier
  • Pack Level 2 - 8.36x Damage Multiplier
  • Pack Level 3 - 19x Damage Multiplier

This value changes based on the Augment you equip. This also needs a critical hit to trigger.

  • No Augment Selected - 1.1x Damage Multiplier
  • Dead Head Selected - 1.15x Damage Multiplier
  • Dead First Selected - 2x Damage Multiplier (Enemy at 100% Health)

  • Cryo Freeze - 1.25x Damage Multiplier (Against enemies that are slowed/frozen)
