What actor or actress do you think has the best track record of not just 'giving a great performance but also ‘not being in any bad movies’?

My wife and I were having this debate over the weekend and she suggested Daniel Day Lewis, but I feel like he’s been in a couple movies that just were not very good. So my pick is Frances McDormand. Consistently great and I cant think of anything she was in that stunk.
