Probably should’ve looked up if this is possible before getting an SSD and an SSD enclosure but… oh well.
I’m currently running Windows 11 on the internal SSD of the SteamDeck and there’s no reason for me to dual boot. I only want to have SteamOS on an external SSD for titles that perform better.
I know that it’s possible to do it the other way around, but haven’t found anything about this specific configuration.
Am I able to select the target install location for SteamOS or does it only work on the internal storage?
