I’m wondering if a lot of people prefer people first language or referring to themselves or others as an autistic person. I personally feel like “I have autism” feels like my autism is an accessory to me, but it feels like an innate part of me. I’ve heard that it’s “politically correct” to have people first language. What’s your thoughts?
