that was a casual conversation in a senatorial office between two senators, moved to a conference room for giggles.

the news that FAA is compliant now is welcome.

the foregrounding of stigma was very important, although DoD still will not acknowledge it was responsible for creating it and owes everyone an apology.

the public reporting mechanism, still not available as mandated, will be welcome, although the more reporting systems that are available means more dispersion and scattering of different reports to different databases.

as for 2013 AGUADILLA, the senators regrettably did not get to ask questions about the “highly confident resolution” of the evidence. probably three questions will suffice.

  1. you say these are “two objects” flying together. what is the nature of the objects?
  2. you say they fly together, until they don’t. why don’t they?
  3. you say they “disappear” because of a temperature equivalence with the background ocean water. a. how much of a temperature change is indicated by the change in “BLK HOT” image density? b. how does the object defined in (1) change temperature by that amount no less than three times? c. why doesn’t the object, at any temperature, not show up even slightly against the continually changing background ocean image density? d. why does the appearance of the object change from a single dark mass over land to a mass containing two dark lobes over water?
