My City has just offices, residentials and commercials, no industry. Well balanced, high land value, educated sims, not to much unemployment, basically everything functions normal and I get a healthy +5K income per week. I’m supposing so as all those offices are producing goods and only some are exporting so the commercials should be using them.
The Moment I add a bunch of industry in Elm district near the wood industry area, all my offices start complaining for no buyers and chaos erupts. It fixes when I remove the industry.
What could be causing this?
