Recently as sort of a challenge to myself, I’m going through normal mode with a new character and only using team comps that don’t use a primary profession twice. So far one of the better teams I’ve discovered is —

Assassin (Me): Way of the Empty Palm / Repeating Strike Spammer

Paragon: Soldier’s Fury / Go for the Eyes! / Blazing Finale Support

Warrior: Soldier’s Stance / Axe

Dervish: Vow of Strength Scythe

Necromancer: Order of the Vampire / Blood Ritual / Restoration Support

Mesmer: Panic Shutdown Support

Monk: Restore Condition / Protective Spirit Support

Ritualist: Clamor of Souls / Splinter Weapon Support

Now it’s definitely not meta but for normal mode pretty fun, as wipes are pretty rare but I still need to be careful with aggro and tweak the exact builds based on the area. Definitely works well in Factions and EotN, where there’s a lot of crowded fights and Splinter Weapon can really shine. Not sure how it’ll fare at the end of Prophecies though.

Anyway, does anybody else do this?
