I gained access to my account after 15 years. I am doing a new playthrough of the Prophecies campaign and I have been stuck at Elona’s Reach and Thirsty River. I have gone so far as to break my own rules to get more Heroes from Nightfall. I am currently playing a Mesmer/Nec build with some interrupts.
