This area, in Tarrant County, Texas - was once known as Carswell Air Force Base, also Tarrant Base. It was where the Roswell remains were allegedly flown in July 1947, shortly after the crash retrieval in New Mexico. I think they also made the notorious “weather balloon” announcement there as well.

Oddly, it is also where President & Mrs. Kennedy were before their unfortunate drive to Dallas.

I’m starting to wonder if there is a particular type of link between the military sites and the recent uptick in drone sightings. Maybe the question is best posed as, with all of the military bases in the USA & UK - why only a handful while most are unbothered? Why certain bases? What might they have in common?
