Inspired by this low quality Kotaku.com article I have realised that Star Trek and Star Wars are in the same position.

They currently have more content then ever before, but they are no where near the quality of what came before and ultimately doing longer term damage to the IP for the sake of creating content for Disney+ and whatever has Star Trek (which equals money).

Same issue with Marvel.

So… do you agree with the above? Is there a fix? Is there another IP that went through a similar problem and did they ever find a solution?
