All of the managers are losing their minds, they’re coming around giving out assignments and if you’re not working on it the next time they see you, they start going on about how you’ve known for an hour what you’re supposed to be doing, why aren’t you doing it!?!

All I can think of is, you’ve known for the last year that inventory was coming and all you’ve done is tell people to make the shelves look full and plug any empty holes with whatever you can find. It’s like why are you losing your fucking minds now a couple of weeks out, instead of knowing that Walmart isn’t going to give you a pass on inventory and working to be inventory ready all year?

Jesus tapdancing Christ, does Walmart teach anything to their managers? Or do they just ignore everything they were taught until the last minute and go into a panic?
