This podcast sponsored by NASA, the Ecosystemic Futures Podcast, was posted on Matt Laslo’s substack chat. It features Hal Puthoff, a Lockheed engineer, NGO scientists and more. At around 2:07:54, Richard Banduric, who says he worked/(s) for an NGO and the Air Force says he was analyzing extraterrestrial materials that were smart materials at the nano level and could turn to dust upon analysis with an electron microscope. “They seemed to be communicating with one another.”

He goes on to say, we were looking at materials that could reconfigure themselves. Something as small as a sliver of metal would try to cloak itself and blend into the environment. If you split them apart they would try to find each other and reconfigure. We took one sample and put it on a surface of 3000 degrees and it cooled itself off. When we took it off, the mass would be reduced by a certain amount. That’s how we could tell these things were extraterrestrial, they weren’t decades ahead of us, they were hundreds of years ahead of us.
