I’m out of shape, I can not do 100 push-ups. I had to do 20-20-20-20-20 and that’s with the 20 squats in between. So it’s 5 seats of 20 without the running.

Try to rest a little in between.

Not sure if Saitama does all 100 and jump immediately to sit-ups afterwards. AlsoWhoever that can do this all together should probably try Spartan race, I think they’d have amazing endurance.

Personally I’ve known only one guy in my entire life who can do 100 push-ups without stopping and he’s usually pretty exhausted afterwards. So doing another 100 sit-ups afterwards would probably kill him. But who knows.

Real pushups btw… Not the ones where you get 2 inches off the floor! All the way up!
