My favorite has to be Vergil’s win quote against Ghost Rider in UMVC3 (First set in this video), “The Flames of Revenge? couldn’t even melt a marshmallow.” . Which has stuck with me since it’s so rare for Vergil to joke around and we only see him do so with Dante, along with knowing what a marshmallow is.

My new current favorite just has to be Law’s from Tekken 8, just 4 simple words. “I hate rich people”. I haven’t played nor have real plans to play Tekken, but it’s just so based.
