As the title says, i need to transfer my data from my iphone (13 Pro) to a 7 and i cant find a way. When starting the 7 it says that the icloud backup is to recent to use on the 7. Ive tried to start it without apple id and do a update but the latest iphone 7 update in still older than the ios 16 on 13 pro.

If anyone can help i would appreciate it a lot.
