Seems a bit weird that Dungeon deserter debuff also applies to follower dungeons.

If you get kicked or have to leave a dungeon, you really can’t even torment the NPC’s.

Seems like something they could/should change. Don’t see any reason why getting kicked from a dungeon should prevent you from solo play.
