For years I thought of myself as a named character. I’m not saying main character energy, but at least a tertiary character who has some minimal impact on plotlines.

Recently I have discovered I am, in fact, a Doug. I need help accepting this fact. Any other Dougs, if you have experience you can share to help me though this trying time I would be forever grateful.
