Definitely the right response. May is west coast green party, and speaking to just west coast states doesn’t exclude other states. Trump’s position to “extort until they agree to annexation” is war, and Canada needs to liberate itself with other alliances/trade, and should be sending delegations to China, Russia, North Korea.
