    This article is light on details, but as I recall, this is true of just sugar by itself. The fats aren’t necessarily the culprit here, but the article headline specifically calls out the fats, only to then say in the article that it was fats with added sugar. I would be very interested to see someone tease out which of those things is actually associated with impulse control. I would be willing to bet that sugar ends up being the actual issue.
