I know diddly squat about the building industry. My wife and I were discussing the ongoing problem of new builds not being water tight (e.g the Kingsland apartments currently in the news).
I don’t remember this being a problem when I was a youngster. Why did it suddenly become an (ongoing) issue and what changed?
