I am an RN from my home country and in middlest when I was offered to move here and directly hired by my relative who owns an aged care facility. We were given HCA token with salary of 28$ but our role is actually IQN (RN responsibilities). Patient ration of 1:40, I completed my CAP and got my APC but now offered 36$/hr despite my 12yrs total of experience. I can’t complain coz the owner is my relative. But is it justifiable? Im now doing the Nurse on the floor plus clinical coordinator role. 🤷♀️
